Recent overdraft bank fees

It is important to keep a sharp eye on your bank account balance, especially if you tend to have a low balance, since you do not want to pay the ever increasing bank NSF fee that you get when you use your bank account beyond its limit.

The fees for NSF have gone up in some cases for instance from around $22 - $34 or more. You want to avoid this fee. Of course by simply maintaining a significant balance, you shouldn't have any problems...but you hate these fees? They are annoying, however, if you so dare, you can try to have these NSF fees waived by talk to a bank rep. Sometimes they will do this very easily....other times, not at all.

Pay to play society

Ticket violations - The large fines and hefty penalties that come with most city and state citations can be rather shocking if you are not familiar with the legal system.

The problem is that many people don't take the law seriously and when it comes time to pay a ticket, they forget or ignore it. Nowadays, the courthouses don't go easy on you in any way.

Not only will your initial citation be a fairly high expense, but if you miss a court date, you will probably get charged an additional fee that is significantly higher than the initial fee.

It is very common in many states...such as California, where many residents have experienced license suspensions and warrants for seemingly minor infractions and violations.

Where do these funds go? To support a legal system of administration that does not want to be removed from establishment. Lawyers, bailiffs, judges and commissioners abound and a legal structure that is very clumsy and inefficient.
